An Overview

Casio is a globally recognised brand, known for its innovation in watches, electronics, and design. In India, it has built a strong and lasting connection with consumers, especially through its stylish and reliable timepieces.
To meet the expectations of today’s digital-first shoppers, Casio India needed more than just an online store. The goal was to create a platform that reflects the brand’s legacy, supports large-scale operations, and delivers a smooth and engaging shopping experience from start to finish. As part of this transition, users are now redirected from casio.com/india to the new, custom-built ecommerce storefront.

This project marks our third successful collaboration with Bhawar Group, following the digital launches of Zippo India and Cricket Lighters, two brands that have already made a strong impact in the Indian ecommerce space. With Casio, the vision was to take things even further.

To enhance customer support, we integrated Ozonetel’s IVR system for real-time voice assistance, along with Zendesk CRM to manage conversations smoothly. This setup delivers a more personal, high-touch experience, especially important for premium purchases.

    Unicommerce now manages inventory and orders, while Shiprocket handles deliveries and tracking. Together, these systems keep the backend in sync with the storefront and ensure smooth, reliable fulfillment.
  • Flexible, Localised Payments
    
We integrated Razorpay to support over 100 popular Indian payment methods, including UPI, digital wallets, net banking, and EMI options. This makes the checkout process smooth, intuitive, and reliable for Indian shoppers.

Built with a mobile-first audience in mind, the storefront delivers fast loading times, thumb-friendly navigation, and quick checkout to ensure a smooth shopping experience on any device.
