A modern website for a travel ERP platform focused on simplifying operations
and driving demo conversions.

An Overview

TRAACS is a powerful travel ERP platform designed to simplify and automate business operations for travel agencies. From booking management and financial reconciliation to reporting and analytics, the platform enables agencies to manage their processes through a single integrated system, providing better visibility into overall business performance.

To strengthen their digital presence, the TRAACS team required a modern website that clearly communicates the value of their platform while making it easy for potential customers to request product demonstrations. The design for the website was provided by the client, and our role was to transform it into a fully functional and responsive WordPress website.

In addition to implementing the design, the website needed to support a more efficient demo booking process. To achieve this, we integrated the website’s demo request forms with Zoho CRM. Whenever a visitor submits a request through the website, their details are automatically captured and added as leads in the CRM. This automation helps the TRAACS team manage enquiries more efficiently and ensures timely follow-ups with potential clients.

Our Approach

WordPress Website Development

Our team translated the provided design into a fully responsive WordPress website, ensuring the final build closely matched the intended layout and user experience. The development focused on clean coding practices, performance optimisation, and consistent functionality across different browsers and devices.

WordPress was chosen for its flexibility and ease of content management, allowing the TRAACS team to update and manage website content efficiently. The website structure was designed to clearly present the platform’s features and benefits while guiding visitors towards requesting a demo.

Zoho CRM Integration for Demo Requests

To streamline the demo request workflow, we integrated the website’s forms with Zoho CRM. When users submit a demo request on the website, their information is automatically captured and added as a lead within the CRM system.

This integration allows the TRAACS team to organise customer information in one place, track incoming demo enquiries, and follow up with prospects more efficiently. By automating this process, the team can focus more on engaging with potential clients rather than manually managing enquiry data.
