Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in the Discovery phase of our web design and development projects, ensuring our solutions are tailored to business, customer, and stakeholder needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting discovery workshops with various stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with our directors to gather and refine project requirements.
- Engaging with clients through surveys, calls, and meetings to capture their needs and feedback.
- Traveling to client locations for in-person meetings, workshops, or presentations.
- Participating in virtual meetings via Zoom/Teams when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel within England and Wales.
- Proficient in conducting virtual meetings on platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
- A problem solver with a keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset.
