Our monthly hosting fee accounts for just £99 /KW/Month. We will use the best pool and mine using machines. We have our own research team and they will find the best pools for you and mine the coins.

Hardware Issues and Repair.
The mining is conducted by sophisticated computer hardware and ASIC devices which runs 24/7, for months continuously. In both of our plans i.e Sweans Managed Hosting and Self-Hosting, Sweans will not be able to provide any uptime of life warranty for the devices. Each of the device’s guarantee/warranty is provided by the manufacturer only.
Sweans will take all the safety measures for protecting your machines with utmost care, such as proving enough cooling, switching off machines on regular intervals, cleaning the machines every week using computer cleaners and blowers (additional charge of $10 per month), even though there are chances of the machine getting damaged.
With our experience in ASICS, there will be four types of issues occurring. All these can be solved by using our remote hand’s service which is chargeable at $100 per hour.
Level 1: These issues can be resolved by remote restart or at least by factory reset or reconnecting the power supply.
Level 2: Any issues like damaged fans and damaged control boards can be resolved by requesting a ticket to the manufacturer and then obtaining approval from them. To save time, we have some extra fans and controller boards at our centre’s. Customers can buy this from the centres on chargeable basis.
Level 3: The only option to resolve those issues which we are unable to control/solve via the above two steps, would be to send the machines or damaged hash boards back to the repair centre in China. All the costs related to this will have to be paid by the customer. The manufacturer repair would be free of cost if it’s done within the warranty time. Else it will be chargeable.
Self Managed Hosting
Self-Managed Hosting is advocated for advanced miners, who are capable of setting-up the miner hosting facilities all by themselves. A one month deposit of £62/Month- has to be remitted in advance, with Monthly Hosting Fee that accounts for £94 /KW/Month. Miner monitoring, pool configuration, pool monitoring and everything related to miner hosting has to be done by the user, with only the infrastructure provided by Sweans. Mining payouts would be earned based on the pool as you will be provided with remote miner access to configure and monitor the miners. We follow strict rules of our hosting plan; please find our terms and conditions:
The electricity and the Maintenance charges for each month have to be paid in advance. We will be invoicing advance invoice on 20th -22nd of every preceding month. This will be invoiced in GBP and you can pay by your credit card.
You will have one week time to make the payment, if the payment is not credited to our account before 30th, your miners will be switched off on 1st day of the coming month. For e.g. The invoice for advance payment of December 2017 will be sent on Nov 20-22nd. You can pay this by Nov 30th. Miners will be switched off on December 1st if the invoice is not paid before Nov 30th.
You can reinstate the payment within 1 week free of cost and the miners will be switched back within 3 days. If the payment is delayed more than 1 week, a late fee of $10 is charged.
